In this role, you will work with customers of OCI networks, to understand their observability and troubleshooting requirements, translate those requirements into services/features, create architecture and design documents, and work with other engineers to execute and deliver these services to our customers. You will track and drive adoption of these services once delivered to ensure NM is creating the value customers need.
You will closely work with senior leadership to help define the vision for the network monitoring space, help with relative prioritization of different requirements and define roadmap for NM.
This role has important operations expectations. You will be expected to be very conversant with OCI’s physical and virtual networks and participate in escalation calls during network events, helping troubleshoot and root-cause the problem.
