　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Process payroll for all restaurant-based employees by calculating payable hours, bonuses, and ensuring tax withholdings and deductions are accurately configured.

　　Monitor changes in payroll-related data, prepare changes, corrections, and/or adjustments as necessary.

　　Maintain payroll records for all employees (i.e. pay rates, direct deposit, deductions, tax documents, etc.)

　　Verify submitted payroll information for proper account codes, pay rates, and related data.

　　Responds to and resolves any inquiries from employees regarding payroll-related matters.

　　Assist employees in completing necessary payroll documentation and forms.

　　Ensure internal controls are met for to ensure payroll accuracy for each pay period.

　　Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all necessary employee paperwork is completed.

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

　　2+ years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.

　　Strong understanding of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.

　　Proficiency Excel/Google Sheets and payroll software programs.

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

　　Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
