Locally owned and operated commerrcial drywall contracting company seeks experienced foreman to join and lead their team! This is a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity in East Tennessee.
Job Description:
Requires the ability to read blueprints and layout any/all interior and exterior walls, soffits, and drywall ceilings.
Work closely with Const. Manager and Field Supt. To coordinate manpower and materials needed on job.
Work together with Const. Manager, Field Supt. And General Contractor on job schedule to achieve key dates of completion.
Daily paperwork as in timecards and work-orders.
Foreman is considered working foreman, so the tools needed to do his or her specialty are required at times.
Qualifications:
At least 4-5 years of commercial drywall experience preferred.
Experience with acoustical ceiling is a plus but not required.
OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus but not required.
Work Environment/Shift:
Shift is 7:00am-3:30 Monday through Friday with occasional weekends depending on the project.
Work environment can be indoors or outdoors depending on the project.
