A bit about NetSuite’s Field Service Management:

NetSuite Field Service Management software helps field service companies increase efficiency and cut operational costs while also increasing customer satisfaction. Drag-and-drop scheduling and dispatch lets you streamline job assignments, and a mobile app gives field technicians access to the information they need from anywhere. Combining that with inventory management, preventive maintenance, and customer asset management, NetSuite Field Service Management delivers an end-to-end solution to improve field-to-office communications, build customer satisfaction and loyalty, reduce administrative effort, maximize profits, and drive business growth. Our NS Field Service Management Principal Consultants implement these field service management features for NetSuite customers, providing them the tools to manage their most important asset- their customers!

As a Senior Principal Consultant for NetSuite Field Service Management, you will be expected to contribute to the Delivery Practice of NetSuite Professional Services. You will be part of a team that assists customers with implementing NS Field Service Management. The role requires heavy interaction with customers and NetSuite implementation teams. There is a very small chance for travel opportunities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

· Gather and document customer business requirements with attention to detail

· Work with customers to configure NetSuite software (NetSuite Field Service Management) to support customer business requirements

· Demonstrate use of critical thinking skills to evaluate customer needs and processes to best fit NetSuite Field Service Management features; use of creative thinking to aid in customer adoption of NetSuite Field Service Management

· Collaborate and connect with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery

· Analyze and architect solutions for business requirements which may include sophisticated configurations and/or technical components

· Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite

· Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations

· Perform quality reviews of results developed by other team members

· Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets

· Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications

· Mentor and review the work of more junior NetSuite Field Service Management consulting team members

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Functional Consultant for NetSuite ERP

Experience in any of the Field Service Management (FSM) system: Jobber, ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, MSI, Shepherd, a plus.

Strong experience with AR/AP/Projects/CRM/Support

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $90,300 to $167,600 per annum.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $108,800 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
