What you'll do:

　　1. Develops PowerBI reports and dashboards as per business requirements

　　2. Works in close collaboration with product owners and business analysts to shape the Visualization designs.

　　3. Explores new PowerBI features and recommends use of those features for better user experience.

　　4. Works closely with Data Engineers for understanding the base data model and provides feedback for updating the data model for efficient reports

　　5. Constantly monitors PBI performance and implements measures to improve performance.

　　6. Expands knowledge of Data Engineering and Data Science concepts to fully appreciate the solution and constraints.

　　7. Works towards reduce , reuse , recycle principle to achieve leaner and efficient reporting future.

　　8. Analyzes Data Quality and performs improvement to Data Quality.

　　9. Identifies the opportunities of automation in each of the process (either partial or full automation) and executes it with coding knowledge.

　　10. Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement.

　　• PowerBI certification and hands on experience in PBI development.

　　• Strong understanding of UI/UX concepts for better user experience.

　　• Strong sense of creativity and understand of design concepts - fonts, colors, ease of use etc.

　　• Strong communication, and problem-solving skills

　　• Familiarity with Machine Learning & ETL tools

　　• A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the Organization

　　• Good communications skills, written, spoken and visual.

　　• Must be able to perform recurring Operational activities and bring Continuous improvement therein.

　　• Able to deal with huge complexity and ambiguity in Data

　　• Comfortable working remotely with colleagues, manager, and stakeholders.
