  Job Description:

  This role will support all business objectives by creating or updating Policies, Standards, and Procedures to ensure the updates are aligned with the scope and direction of each project. Maintains the Policies, Standards, and Procedures with a high-level understanding of both the current operating/regulatory environment and compliance risk in adherence to company policies. This role interacts and makes decisions on Policies, Standards, and Procedures with subject matter experts (SMEs), strategy and department managers, directors, as well as key business partner contacts that include Training, Compliance, Corporate Risk, Security, Internal Audit, and Business Risk Office. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

  Responsibilities:

  Manages the Policy, Standards, and Procedures inventory to ensure they are maintained and approved as required by company policies.

  Consults with Compliance and Business partners to ensure all Policies, Standards, and Procedures are in compliance with company policies, standards, and federal regulations.

  As identified during the process reviews, works with management to implement new controls to mitigate risk identified.

  Takes on, and manages, all requests for Policy, Standard, and Procedure creation/updates.

  Collaborates with management to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives.

  Coordinates with other team members to ensure that work is processed in a timely manner and assists in quality reviews of other team members’ work.

  Ensures that documents are formatted to specification and contain consistent language to meet enterprise requirements.

  Manages a tracking calendar and ensures that documentation processes are on schedule and delivered in a timely fashion.

  Maintains internal communications tools and develops communications to management and stakeholders during the approval cycle for Policies, Standards, and Procedures.

  Oversees version control for documents and ensures that changes to documents are documented and retained.

  Minimum Qualifications

  At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Communications, English Studies, or related field

  2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution, Technical Writing, or related experience

  In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution, Technical Writing, or related field

  Preferred Qualifications

  4+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution, Technical writing, or related field

  Project management experience or experience managing multiple priorities.

  Familiarity with Information Security language and terminology.

  Compensation:

  The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
