　　Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois

　　Job Type: Full Time

　　Duties: Responsible for the application ownership, development delivery, and support for value streams. Manage a team, including hiring, directing, mentoring, and assigning work. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

　　Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field and 8 years of experience in Project Manager; Technology Lead or related occupation.

　　Position required skills: Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: delivering performance evaluations; developing software, including Java and Rest APIs, for technical solutions; identifying and resolving blockers that inhibited team progress; using metrics, including code quality and application response times to make data-driven decisions; building strong partnerships with business executives on technology initiatives and business needs to deliver technical products according to business needs; transforming legacy applications to latest technologies stacks; and using Java/ J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST Services. Two (2) years of experience must include performing people management.

　　Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $193,419.00 to $206,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
