　　Required:

　　Bachelor's degree in a technical field, ideally Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.Minimum 7 years relevant experience.Experience supporting a Government Project or Product Office in an acquisition organization such as PEO AVN.Accomplished self-starter with the ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision.Experience collaborating with project or product office personnel.Experience developing Systems Acquisition Planning Schedules.Experience gathering data and conducting analysis to document, review, and coordinate programmatic projects and requirements for each PEO managed aircraft.Experience conducting systems acquisition analysis to develop recommendations on integration and coordination efforts of future systems acquisition, engineering, sustainment, and fleet management from a reliability engineering viewpoint. Gather data and conduct analysis to document, review, and coordinate programmatic projects and requirements for each PEO managed aircraft.Assist PMs, or other customers, to generate metrics and measurement techniques to provide program office leadership with timely and accurate information on the state of ongoing and planned efforts.Experience in program development, structuring, or system architecture within the government or industry.Experience with leading small teams for a common goal.Navigator is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
