About I2M Project Manager – PLM Deployment

  Your Role:

  As a Project Manager for the Philips Idea 2 Market (I2M) Processes and Tooling deployment, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering value to the AM&D businesses through the implementation of innovative Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, integrating with the development tools/ IT platforms and ensuring its adoption by focusing on the processes and change management. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading the deployment of Windchill for Philips AM&D business. You will be collaborating closely with both Philips central teams and business stakeholders and report into AM&D R&D PMO organization.

  You're the Right Fit if:

  Experience:

  Experience in management and application of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in medical devices space, with focus on IoT Devices and Software platforms for Service Delivery

  Experience with configuring PLM systems to deliver on the various stakeholder needs (e.g. development, product management, manufacturing, regulatory)

  Hands on experience with PTC Windchill; 5+ years of experience in deploying Windchill PLM.

  Familiar with stage gated development processes, Quality Management Systems for medical regulated business.

  Thought leadership on best-in-class implementation of a PLM systems, seamlessly integrated in the development tooling landscape (modelling tools, requirement management tooling, M-CAD, E-CAD, …)

  Skills:

  Good Project Management skills.

  Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Ability to present information accurately and compellingly for specific projects.

  Excellent interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, especially in R&D.

  Strong facilitation, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  Knowledge in developing Gantt charts/project plans.

  Autonomous, a team player, with strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects effectively.

  Endorse the sharing of information, cultivate cooperation, and understanding for differing views and perspectives.

  Ability to follow and propose/improve the development process within the Quality Management System.

  Education:

  Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience.Anything Else:

  Be technically oriented and willing to delve into technical areas related to tool deployment.

  Knowledge of Philips QMS (especially PDLM) will be preferred.
