  Senior Philanthropy Assistant – Foundation Admin Department at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA

  This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Foundation Operations Director and Foundation in the management and coordination of activities including donor database administration, internal finance and grant administration, of the Providence Inland Northwest Foundation. This position may serve as the primary point of contact for Foundation Donors. Also provides administrative support in the management of financial and operational activities of the department.

  Shift Details:

  Full Time, 40 hours per week, Day ShiftRequired Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field is desirable -OR- a combination of education and experience may be used to determine the qualifications for the essential job functions of the position

  3 years in an Office Administration position

  3 years of experience working with multiple stakeholder groups

  3 years of experience supporting an executive or program

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Previous experience working in a Development department or Foundation

  Experience managing databases

  Budget/financial experience

  The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
