　　Job Description

　　Our Team is currently seeking a SAP ABAP Developer intern for Compass Technology Group based in Charlotte, NC. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and learn from a team with varied strengths. You should be a team player who is a self-starter that can work independently on multiple projects. You should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who understands the importance of deadlines. This internship is based in Charlotte, NC.

　　Position Summary:

　　Design and develop SAP ERP solutions to enable our business for growth and drive continued success

　　Work as part of the SAP team to understand business needs and provide effective solutions. Areas of focus will include SAP FI/CO and HR business modules.

　　Work with business partners to gather customer requirements, plan, design, document, and implement new enterprise scale applications in the SAP ABAP/HANA technology space.

　　Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and appropriate application to ensure simplification from a user perspective through the use of innovation.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Adept at quickly acquiring software skills

　　Work with the SAP Core team to support the execution business processes and support all functional areas as needed.

　　Assist other team members with integration points on other modules that are associated with SAP modules.

　　Perform configuration, modification, and integration tasks in the support of SAP enhancements and implementations.

　　Assist in troubleshooting system issues by applying problem-solving skills

　　Consistently present a positive, professional image with internal and external clients and vendors.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Pursuing an Information Systems or Technology degree. ERP background is a plus.

　　Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and follow direction from supervisory positions and team members to complete projects.

　　Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability and willingness to build relationships with business partners.

　　Excelling written and verbal communication skills.

　　Must take pride in their work and be passionate about design.
