Class Summary
Job Description
The Project Coordinator will provide supervision and guidance for a team of Community Navigators for the One Stop 4 help program as well as coordinate volunteers for programming such as Warming Stations and Encampments. The Project Coordinator will conduct staff training as needed, ensure staff’s adherence to policies and procedures, foster a safe and supportive work environment, and will work with One Stop 4 Help Deputy Division Director on personnel matters involving program staff. This position will serve as a liaison and support to the Deputy Division Director in areas of community outreach, internal and external stakeholder engagement, and the advancement of the coordinated care system.
Essential Duties
Develop, execute, and evaluate program specific activities such as Warming Stations and Encampments
Provide programmatic support to One Stop 4 Help through outreach, community and stakeholder engagement, and other opportunities to increase community knowledge of the program
Support the Deputy Division Director with Veteran specific project and workshop/program activity
Ability to analyze data for opportunities of program growth and expansion
Have a good understanding of social services needs and community-based organizations
Help foster relationships and collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders
Working knowledge of budgets and financial feasibility
Good understanding of Microsoft suite
Excellent communication skills
Public Speaking Duties
Community outreach presentations with internal and external stakeholders
This position will include and encompass the act of delivering speeches or presentations to the public, and also would include actively engaging with individuals in community settings, such as in street outreach, on project sites, or at community events

This job requires fingerprinting.
The job does include some evening, weekend, and occasional holiday commitments around division and department leadership obligations.
Rotational supervision of OneStop 4 Help phone line will include weeknights and weekends, and holidays shared with leadership staff.
The Grade for this position is 103 .
Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Social Work, public administration, project management, or related public policy and social services field
Three years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above
Valid driver's license from state of residency
CPR certificate must be obtained within six months of employment
First Aid certificate must be obtained within six months of employment
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of supervisory and or managerial experience in human services or a related field
3 years of Outreach and community stakeholder engagement, project management, supervisory and team management
