　　How will you make a difference?

　　The Senior Payroll Tax Specialist will manage all aspects of North America in-house payroll tax compliance (federal, state, and local tax) and ensuring enforcement of corporate payroll policies. This role will own the cross-functional relationship with Corporate Tax and the Payroll department becoming a subject matter expert that drives organizational efficiencies and cost savings. In addition, this role will provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers and oversee the relationship and spend with external consultants that assist in payroll tax related matters.

　　What do we want to know about you?

　　Prefer an Associate’s or Bachelor’s from an accredited college or university.

　　Minimum of 8+ years progressive payroll related experience

　　Minimum of 4+ years multi-state and local payroll tax experience

　　Experience with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations

　　Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)

　　Must adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment.

　　Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.

　　Experience with Workday preferred.

　　Experience with OSV or ADP SmartCompliance required.

　　Detailed-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

　　Ability to plan and organize workload with minimal supervision.

　　Excellent oral and written communications skills with a strong customer service orientation.

　　What will your typical day look like?

　　Review and reconcile all daily tax and wage amounts submitted to OSV/ADP; research discrepancies and handle accordingly

　　Reconcile gross wages, taxable wages, and tax amounts for multiple legal entities monthly, quarterly, and annually between Workday payroll and OSV/ADP.

　　Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all tax filings, amendments and reporting including W-2s and W-2c’s.

　　Manage payroll tax compliance and reporting for various filing frequencies.

　　Partner with payroll processing team and OSV / ADP for accurate and timely set-up, calculation, reporting and payment of payroll taxes

　　Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll tax-related issues.

　　Develop and implement strong internal controls related to payroll tax processes and compliance.

　　Oversee and manage relationship with external consultants and ADP / OSV.

　　Identify and implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency of payroll tax operations.

　　Ensure process documentation and standard operating procedures are maintained and current at all times.

　　Provide various reports and data for internal and external audits as required.

　　Assist in various special projects which may include implementation, creation of new processes, and ad hoc reporting.

　　Perform other related duties as assigned.
