Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative II in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves engaging with customers to address their queries about our products and services, as well as handling and resolving complaints. The Customer Service Representative II will also be required to manage customer records and accounts, and take proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to service or billing
• Exchange merchandise, refund money, and adjust bills as necessary to resolve customer service issues
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
• Utilize Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and other computer applications as necessary for the role
• Independently manage time and tasks to ensure efficient and effective customer service
• Accurately document and record customer/client information
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in data entry and managing office functions
• Strong customer service skills with experience in answering inbound calls
• Familiarity with billing and claim administration processes
• Knowledge of merchandising and making financial notes
• Ability to use computer programs including ST Microcontroller and Google Sheets
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and making necessary adjustments
• Strong interpersonal skills and written communication abilities
• Comfortable working onsite and using About Time software
• Proficiency in interacting with external contacts
• Demonstrated computer skills.
