　　Are you passionate about helping businesses transform using the cloud? AWS is looking for a technical advisor to support our Consulting Partners (Systems Integrators) in India.

　　The Role

　　As a Partner Solutions Architect in AWS, you will enable our consulting partners with technical expertise to build successful cloud practices and repeatable well-architected solutions that customers want to buy, making it easy for customers to choose the right partner for their business needs.

　　Our consulting partners build AWS solutions to meet the business needs of their customers every day. In India, we see consulting partners using the AWS platform to transform the companies that power India’s economy. In this role, you will own the technical engagement with AWS consulting partners in India.

　　Your goal will be to increase the AWS technical capabilities of our consulting partners in India. Help them build practices, innovative solutions, and Go-To-Market offerings on AWS that customers want to buy. You will help partners envision the art-of-the-possible for solving customer challenges.

　　You’ll put exciting ideas to practical use, leveraging a broad set of cloud computing services across Network, Compute, Storage, Database, Data and Analytics, Internet of Things, Machine Learning, etc. Day to day you’ll help consulting partners understand the cloud whilst sharing your knowledge with the wider community. This involves developing deep expertise in AWS technologies and services. You’ll build a broad understanding of how services are constructed using AWS.

　　Serve as a key technical member of the Partner Solutions Architecture team in India helping AWS consulting partners build successful cloud practices and repeatable well-architected solutions that customers in India want to buy

　　Technical enablement of AWS consulting partners to help them build repeatable solutions.

　　Scope each engagement with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.

　　Own each technical engagement, and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value.

　　Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community.

　　Understand the AWS market segments, customer base, industry verticals, and partner community in India .

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Own the technical strategy and execution plan for how partners will develop their AWS business practices

　　Manage the development and enablement of a select set of strategic partners

　　Manage and develop strategic relationships with the technical leadership of those specific partners to influence their growth, transformation, and technology practices on the AWS platform

　　Work with critical partner stakeholders to develop/strengthen/transform lines of business and practices to be cloud-centric

　　Assist partners to create and land go-to-market offerings

　　Provide guidance and best practices for executing AWS engagements

　　Be a thought leader and AWS evangelist by participating as a speaker in industry and partner events and by developing customer facing technical content

　　Influence the AWS service roadmap by being the voice of the partner with AWS service teams

　　Participate in the operation cadence of technical business reviews (MBR, QBR) with select partners

　　Preferred location listed though the position may be located in any Indian metro city. Travel up to 30%..

　　Basic Qualifications

　　8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

　　3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

　　10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience

　　Experience working with end user or developer communities
