We are on the journey on forming the new motors and large drives company Innomotics and are therefore looking for a “Vertical Business Development Manager (f/m/d) Fiber and Metals” to join our team at Innomotics.
Your future role:
Manage business development activities, align sales strategies and grow business opportunities and market share for the verticals Fiber & Metals for our Low Voltage Motors (LVM) division in defined regions
Ensure vertical transparency in defined regions on market potential, trends, eco-systems (key end user, OEM, EPC/SI, Design Institute etc.), key competitors, etc.
Perform long range strategic planning and analysis and prepare your summaries including activities for vertical market exploitation in Vertical Master Plans in close alignment with our global sales setup. Be responsible for a regular review of these Vertical Master Plans
Lead and support global and cross-functional collaboration on top accounts
Prepare vertical promotion materials and ramp up our global team competence, especially sales competence
Be responsible for vertical reference management and sharing
Initiate portfolio feedback to our Product Portfolio Management on vertical requirements
Your profile:
=5 years vertical sales or business development related experience in Fiber & Metals
Deep understanding of vertical transparency, e.g. vertical trends, key players, technical requirements, especially on low voltage motors
Technical Background of electrical motors is preferred. Bachelor or above in technical field will be a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passionate & self-motivated
Excellent learning ability with good business sense
Good intercultural skills
Fluent English is mandatory, fluent German or another foreign language will be a plus
