Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, an international law firm, is actively recruiting a Document Processing Supervisor. The Document Processing Supervisor utilizes the Firms various tools and resources, manages all aspects of document production and client service within Document Services. Ensures internal and external client document processing needs are being met with the highest level of service possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Determines and forecasts daily production requirements by utilizing tracking software to prioritize, assign and monitor progress of work received by Document Services. This may include determining the appropriate staffing level required to complete workload and adjust such level by scheduling or bringing in additional staff. Ensures all work received is completed in a timely and accurate manner.2. Supervises Document Services staff to include making recruiting, hiring, counseling, termination and compensation decisions. Works directly with firm management to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained within the department at all times.3. Works with third party service provider to ensure that client needs are being met while maintaining a high level of client service.4. Periodically reaches out to internal clients to gather feedback on department and individual staff performance.5. Manages the final work product of Document Services staff by systematically proofreading completed work product, reviewing all feedback received, and providing feedback, training, and performance counseling to staff as necessary.6. Researches and reports on all unsatisfactory feedback received to further develop an understanding of client expectations and how service levels can be improved. Develops and implements various training plans to meet individual processor as well as departmental needs. Ensures all staff are proficient in both Document Services applications and customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of job related experience required, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or other client relationship-based organization. Supervisory experience desired. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.Other Minimum Qualifications: Travel may be required. Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications. Strong commitment to client service excellence and teamwork.
