Based in London, the team is seeking a talented, self-directed and high energy marketing innovator to help drive our efforts in EMEA, including partner launches, marketing programmes and operational mechanisms for the team. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to build successful launch and sustaining campaigns and promotional concepts, by diving deep into the creative vision for a project and combining this with insights around customer data including content and usage trends. The focus will be on building, measuring and optimizing successful, results-oriented marketing programs in a fast-paced environment, often with aggressive timelines, across new partner launches and on-going campaigns. This person must also have experience in creating centralized programs that can be leveraged on a global scale, both directly and by others. This includes creating SOPs and efficiency metrics, deploying automated solutions where possible, and acting as the team’s operational voice. Above all, the candidate should work collaboratively and independently, building trust across internal teams as well as external partners. The candidate should posses a builder/start-up mentality and work well in ambiguous situations.
Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager on the Field Marketing team, your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading, implementing and launching partner campaign with the North Star to deliver best-in-class creative excellence that represents both Prime brand and Fuse offer awareness through partners.
• Manage end-to-end ideation, execution and analysis/reporting on campaigns including work-back-schedules, stakeholder approvals, asset/content set-up, and subsequent launch.
•Collaborating internally and leading cross-functional teams to deliver best in class campaign opportunities and assets for our partners across Prime, Prime Video, and more.
•Working closely with partners across EMEA to understand their customers, how their business operates, their goals and their approach to marketing and content, and owning the end to end delivery of all partner launches.
•Develop efficient, scalable mechanisms that ensure operational efficiency of the team and acquisition impact.
•Creating ongoing marketing programmes and propositions for key partners to market our services, and drive customer engagement and retention.
•Continually optimizing partnerships from launch through to ongoing sustaining efforts to maximize offer discoverability, frequency in comms and SOV.
About the team
This team distributes Amazon’s consumer subscription services through strategic partnerships, including Prime, Prime Video, Audible, and more. You will work with 3P partners across EMEA and have a direct impact on end consumers. Team members are expected to Think Big. We are a growing global team and business that prioritizes fun, agility and results. The Partner Marketing team within Amazon’s Corp. Business Development group enables partners across multiple verticals to resell our consumer service offerings including Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, and more. Our partners leverage Amazon’s services to drive differentiated offerings for their customers across the globe.

Basic Qualifications
+5 years of marketing experience in B2B2C partner focused marketing, ideally in Telco, Mobile, Film/TV, Retail, Music, or gaming.
Demonstrated track record in developing, implementing and optimizing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams to develop scalable tools and processes.
Ability to view partners as customers, focusing on their needs and goals, and driving great programmes for customers that drive great results for partners.
Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly with large, complex partners and/or teams. Strong time-management skills.
Relentless focus on data to make decisions and drive results.
Excellent written communication skills.
Business-level fluency in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant work experience in integrated partner marketing within the mobile industry, subscriptions, and/or entertainment and sponsorships.
Experience in global and/or centralized marketing experience.
A passion for video content (film and television).
Experience working in countries across the EMEA region.
Fluency in one or more regional languages.
