　　Be responsible for team recruiting, on-board training, MSL field scientific work coaching, management and performance evaluation of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) team

　　Be responsible for direct report’s performance management, evaluation process, and organizational talent review process for the MSL team.

　　Create the results-driven, patient-centric culture which aligned with J&J credo

　　Recruit, hire and on-board a high performing team of MSLs in conjunction with others. Optimize resources with assigned team priorities.

　　Ensure consistent application of effective technology to enhance productivity of the team. Manage strategically-aligned KOL management budgets, within a therapeutic team of MSLs to ensure team productivity

　　Pay attention to the team’s energy management to ensure their well-being

　　Ensure implementation of MSL activities is 100% compliant within the team

　　Serve as an interface between related therapeutic area team and other functions.

　　Leverages a highly influential network of internal cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to ensure high level support for business strategies and initiatives.

　　Recognized for aligning key internal partnerships. Increases team visibility to promote team input into regional and global decision making. Considered a valued resource and partner across the J&J organization. Sought out for networking and organizational navigation capabilities.

　　Contribute to medical / brand strategy

　　To coordinate the collection and reporting of consolidated KOL and key account insights that may impact Janssen development plans, trial designs, launch strategies and tactics, and medical education programs tailored to physician need

　　To identify and prioritize evidence gaps, anticipates future evidence needs and addresses them through evidence generation that is aligned with Therapeutic Area (TA) strategy.

　　Leverages the knowledge of strategic and technical aspects of evidence generation activities from formulating research concept through publications to achieve timely generation of evidence

　　KOL development and engagement

　　Through scientific interactions with top KOLs in the region, champion medical benefits of products and contribute to foster innovative therapeutic approaches to benefit patients.

　　Proactively builds a scientific informational resource network with KOL by demonstrating the professionalism of MSL team

　　Qualifications

　　Medical science, pharmacology with Master degree or plus

　　Medical Doctor or PhD preferred

　　6 years and above of working experiences in related therapeutic areas

　　3 years and above of MSL team management experience

　　· Proficient people leadership capabilities

　　· Strong influence skills and communication skills to establish and maintain partnership with internal and external customers

　　Strong insight collection and summary ability

　　Proficiently identify and prioritize evidence gaps, anticipates future evidence needs and addresses them through evidence generation that is aligned with Therapeutic Area (TA) strategy

　　· Excellent analytical skill to identify gaps and creatively think out of the box to develop a solution.

　　Good command of English, fluent at writing, speaking, and listening

　　Domestic and International travels are required.

　　1-2 travel per month is basically required.
