  THE POSITION

  DESCRIPTION OF WORK

  As part of this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance and repair tasks related to buildings and structures. This includes working on construction, alteration, and maintenance projects for buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, windows, and doors. Additionally, you will also be involved in tasks in fields such as electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting.

  Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  Full-time employment, 7.5 hours/day; 37.5 hours/week

  Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

  Schedule may change based on operational needs.

  Travel required as needed

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or

  Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or

  Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

  Special Requirement:

  This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.

  Additional Requirements:

  Willing and able to work in Washington County, Pennsylvania

  You must be able to perform essential job functions.

  Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  Formal training in a skilled building, electrical, or mechanical trade.

  Experience in commercial maintenance of buildings and equipment.

  Experience in commercial carpentry, electrical, plumbing.

  Experience with 3-phase wiring to include emergency generators, Automatic Transfer Switches, switch gears and 3-phase panels.

  Experience in the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and/or HVAC systems.

  Experience with domestic hot water mixing valves, recirculating loops, aqua stats and

  provisions of Life Safety Codes and Uniform Construction Code (UCC).

  Structural experience in the maintenance or repair of buildings. Legal Requirements:
