  POSITION SUMMARY:

  The Sr Merchandise Manager for Mens and Womens Special Projects leads the creation of collaborative and special projects product strategy and brand growth for the global market. This position collaborates closely with external and internal cross functional partners to bring product strategies and visions to life. This role is responsible for aligning all global special project product strategies into one, clear, concise vision, with a focus on driving high brand heat. Category ownership includes all styles within the product pyramid. Full ownership of global line planning for special projects as it relates to assortment aesthetic direction, style / skus counts, region exclusives, segmentation, pricing, and distribution. Ensures all product is properly flowed from sketch creation, to purchase order issue, to go-to-market strategy.

  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  Define & lead global special projects strategy on holistic and seasonal level.Collaborative & consistent communication with channels to capture unique regional & market needs.Strong partnership with internal and external design partners to bring product to life in coordination with the brand identity, balancing commercial with aspirational.Collaboration with raw material & supply teams to cost product at all pricing tiers within margin goals.Drive calendar deliverables on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to make sure all milestones are tracking on time.Thorough understanding of marketspace, inclusive of direct competitors and aspirational brands.Manage 1 direct reportQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  Experience: 6-8 years of Global Merchandising experience. Previous experience in the special projects space is preferred.

  Education: Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or equivalent

  Skills:

  Strategic thinker who recognizes opportunities and can influence decision makers to move to execution.Strong product sense with proven experience in driving product assortments and partnering with Design to conceive product concepts that drive business.Must be a creative and solution-oriented problem solver able to multitask at a quick pace.Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Must possess high level of analytical skills and conceptual creative abilityExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation skillsMust possess a global perspective with international market experience.Strong knowledge of the competitive landscapeHigh energy and a positive attitude are a must.#LI-HYBRID #LI-KK2

  Pay Range: $110,000 - $135,000

  PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
