The Senior Marketing Manager, Topical Skin Adhesives (TSA) will be responsible for all aspects of portfolio strategy and brand management for the Topical Skin Adhesive (TSA) business in the US market. They will develop and implement business growth strategies and key commercialization tactics for the TSA portfolio. This person will be the launch lead for all New Product Introductions related to the TSA portfolio, working closely with global marketing and key functional partners to drive the Launch Excellence (LEX) process. They will be responsible for collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners to ensure alignment to strategy, and will be accountable for delivery of business results. This role will have one direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategy for the Topical Skin Adhesives (TSA) portfolio, including value proposition, segmentation/targeting/positioning, portfolio strategy, messaging, and pricing
Engage with customers, KOLs, and other external partners to understand critical needs that will inform brand strategy and commercial execution
Partner with key functional partners, including Sales, Prof Ed, Comm Ed, GSM, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment to strategy and to enable execution of critical business initiatives
Develop and implement promotional programs to deliver business objectives, including professional education, selling initiatives, contracting solutions, conventions, digital strategy and media plan development
Lead the Launch Excellence process, in collaboration with Global Strategic Marketing and key functional partners, to ensure flawless execution of all New Product Introductions (NPI) related to the TSA portfolio
Deliver financial business plan objectives, including revenue, share, and pricing commitments
Ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies and procedures
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 8 years progressive business experience, as well as minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing experience, is required.
Medical Device marketing experience is highly preferred.
Previous experience with new product launches is required.
Demonstrated competency building and implementing marketing strategy is preferred. Proven track record to work in a matrix organization is preferred
Excellent cross-functional and management influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships is required.
Demonstrated success leading people is preferred.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $203,550
