Responsibilities
The Data Operations Specialist manages the underlying data structure of the Marketing systems that store and process data. They work closely with both system administrators and end users across a range of disciplines to ensure that data is accessible, secure, and actionable. This is accomplished by building, managing and optimizing the overall data taxonomy, tagging and meta data strategy to enable standardized reporting.
You will have the opportunity to:
Develop and manage the Marketing data quality program and governance strategy for improving the reliability of data and its processes across core Marketing systems, includingAprimo / DAMClickUpcom tagging.Enable increased utilization and performance via business optimization strategies.Build and manage reporting processes.Monitor relevant KPIs to drive important insights.Participate in strategic projectsAssists with personalization program via relational messaging / targetingTargeted list pulls as part of integrated campaigns Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
3- 5 years' experience managing data:Strong understanding of managing the full data lifecycle.Understanding of the interaction between data flows and business processesExperience developing and implementing data quality and/or data governance programs.Self-starter with good analytics and communication skills.Experience with Aprimo and PowerBI a plus.
