The Role
The role of Marketing at WTW is two-fold to support the company's growth and revenue goals and protect and promote a consistent global brand. As trusted partners to the HWC segment, the marketing team functions as an integrated global team providing comprehensive support through well-planned and executed campaigns.
In this position, you will report to the Operations Director for HWC Marketing and support the broader Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) segment marketing team with a focus project management and coordination of marketing tactics in support of a variety of marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with marketing and business colleagues in an intellectually challenging, yet supportive environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Clients
Project manage a variety of marketing campaigns that create follow-up opportunities/lead generation, including client events and conferences in Singapore and South Asia
Ensure marketing activity data is managed for better targeting and to measure impact of activities.
Leverage smart data to segment campaigns and customize the client experience.
Produce engaging plans and deliverables for reports, infographics, videos, web presence, social media, PR, live events, etc.
Contribute as part of a broader team but also able to operate independently, a self-starter.
Support marketing partners across a variety of marketing initiatives.
Excellence and Innovation
Use best practices and marketing tools.
Demonstrate digital media facility.
Be a WTW brand champion.
People
Build strong relationships across marketing in Asia and the International region (Asia Pacific, CEEMEA and Latin America), and the company to execute marketing plans.
Work in ways that reflect our values of client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence.
Develop and update relevant marketing skills, including specialized areas (e.g., social media, product marketing, outbound marketing tools, webcasts, etc.)
Financial
Respect hard dollar marketing budget for individual activities.
Partner with business marketing colleagues to share analysis about the effectiveness of marketing activities.
The Requirements
3 – 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, professional services or human resources consulting
Able to demonstrate business acumen, relevant experience with marketing tools and related content, and have project management, communication and team skills.
Experience in events management.
Experience project managing innovative and winning customer engagements.
Ease working with multiple stakeholders under pressure in an environment of continuous improvement.
Proven tactical marketing experience.
Proficient written and verbal skills
A keen interest in new media and technologies
Experience with Marketo, ON24, Dynamics, Hootsuite a plus.
Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision but operate as part of a healthy, high performing team.
Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused.
Bachelor’s degree required.
