The Senior Manufacturing Business Process Analyst / Process Owner collaborates with key business & digital teams and leaders to translate business needs into technology solutions for their functions. This role requires a solid understanding of in-depth manufacturing processes and how to apply technology solutions to drive process improvements leading to productivity, velocity & analytics. The role will drive process standardization, lead projects and enhancements applying a combination of Agile & Lean methodologies. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Partner with Manufacturing business teams, leadership and stakeholders to facilitate & translate business strategies and requirements into current/future state process maps, specifications and user stories. Work closely with Digital teams in design & development and Business teams in definition, testing & implementation of technology solutions. Responsible for owning process & data standardization across multiple locations and manufacturing processes to achieve desired future state. Utilize your project management skills to ensure on-time & on-budget project execution Drive a culture of using data & advanced analytics concepts to identify & act upon opportunities to eliminate waste and drive velocity & productivity in our manufacturing processes. YOU HAVE: Business exposure across core Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) functions with deep experience in Manufacturing processes in a multi-site, complex manufacturing environment. Deep subject matter expertise and architectural knowledge in technical solutions supporting manufacturing processes (ERP, MES, IoT / Factory 4.0, Analytics tools) Experience leading large cross-functional teams through project scoping, business case development, planning & execution. Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology; ideally Supply Chain / Operations Management or related field and ideally 7+ years functional business experience preferred.
