　　Physical Therapist (PT) – Team Supervisor 

　　$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

This position leads our Physical Therapy Department, while maintaining a personal caseload. You will get to directly impactandindirectly support families in your local community. 　　Compensation:Up to $90,000 annual salary, plus potential monthly incentive

　　Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:   

　　Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organization  

　　Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the current state of practice  

　　Must be willing to work in home setting  

　　Valid, unexpired Driver’s License and automotive insurance  

　　Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
