　　About the role

　　This position establishes objectives and guidelines for efficient and high-quality services. Liaises with product line management, handles escalated client problems, and makes changes to Customer Service policies to ensure improvement and effectiveness.

　　Role Responsibilities:

　　Responsible to generate Gujarat Aftermarket revenue through retrofits/ Spares/ new AMCs

　　Shall be independent in heat load design, unit selection etc.

　　Independently closing sales transaction (end to end - from quote submission to payment collection)

　　Role Purpose:

　　Generating additional revenue

　　Visiting untapped market in Gujarat

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　BE/ B Tech

　　Preferably from Refrigeration background/ Central Plant background

　　12 to 16 years of Service Sales experience in Refrigeration field.
