Sales, Key Account Manager- Hospital Patient Monitoring (Houston, TX)
Be an integral part of this dynamic team as a Key Account Manager of the Hospital Patient Monitoring team. This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and to the overall growth of our business. Your role:
Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives and translates them into clear objectives and targets.
Document territory install base related to the solutions represented, establish plan to address all assigned accounts within the territory to include breakthrough competitive accounts, segment strategy and understand the market potential of your territory.
Understands and clearly articulates the broader Philips portfolio of offerings to include products, services, and solutions within and across businesses and clusters, and matches clinical, technical, and economic value propositions with customer needs.
Identify pain points, engage in active listening, and overcome objections to address customer concerns.
Articulate an effective and polished presentation to include content and delivery on Philips and its offerings including Service/SMAs.
Deliver customer-centric solutions through understanding of customer needs.
Validate sales stage and navigate sales process through funnel management and forecasting to achieve business results, even under tough circumstances.
You're the right fit if:
You have a BS/BA degree.
You’ve acquired a minimum of 3 years of sales experience. 5+ years of experience is preferred. Experience in hospital sales, medical capital sales, Registered Nurse (RN), or clinical experience, preferred.
Experience selling IT solutions and/or SaaS is highly preferred.
You have a results-oriented approach, high energy, balanced with a “take charge” attitude with teamwork and collaboration.
Your skills include the ability to quickly demonstrate expertise and establish credibility with clinical decision makers, good understanding of clinical practices, and workflow changes.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $171,500 to $203,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
