　　We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cable Installation Technician to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data, telephony, security, and networking installations. As a Lead Cable Installation Technician, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing cable installation projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Project Leadership:

　　Lead cable installation projects from start to finish, overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of data, telephony, security, and networking installations.

　　Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

　　Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budget constraints.

　　Technical Expertise:

　　Perform hands-on cable installations, terminations, and testing for data, telephony, security, and networking systems.

　　Demonstrate proficiency in installing and configuring network devices, security cameras, access control systems, and telephony equipment.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cable installations, ensuring optimal system performance.

　　Team Management:

　　Supervise and mentor a team of cable installation technicians, providing training, guidance, and support.

　　Ensure that team members adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and project requirements.

　　Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

　　Quality Assurance:

　　Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of cable installations.

　　Conduct thorough testing and validation of installed systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

　　Work closely with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any issues that may arise during installations.

　　Client Interaction:

　　Interact with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences for cable installations.

　　Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the completed installations.

　　Collaborate with clients on ongoing and future projects, building strong and lasting relationships.

　　Documentation and Reporting:

　　Maintain accurate records of cable installation projects, including schematics, cable runs, and equipment configurations.

　　Generate detailed reports outlining project progress, completion status, and any relevant issues.

　　Provide documentation for as-built drawings and configurations to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.

　　Requirements

　　High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or coursework are a plus.

　　Proven experience in cable installation, with expertise in data, telephony, security, and networking systems.

　　Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

　　Excellent leadership and communication skills.

　　Ability to travel and pass background checks

　　Familiarity with a variety of cable types and termination methods, including fiber, copper, and VoIP.
