Our team owns developing the architecture, solutions & roadmap for the products that are critical to operate Kuiper.We are looking for a Sr. SDM to build and scale Kuiper Field Service Management (FSM). FSM system is a critical component to ensure Kuiper customers can install the Antenna required to access Kuiper Internet. FSM systems own technician hiring, training and onboarding; Territory management; technician scheduling and dispatch; workforce management; and integrating with Kuiper app and website, Customer Service applications to schedule, manage and track CT installations. As the Senior Manager you will own building a strong engineering team and leading them to deliver the FSM product and ensuring that it will delight our customers, stakeholders and partners.Key job responsibilities* Aid in the design and delivery of broad range of software Applications and Services .* Develop the technical strategy to deliver these products at scale globally* Work with our peer teams and stakeholders to design suitable software systems and interfaces to fulfill the customer needs.* Develop a strategic plan for the growth of the team, both from a software services and organization perspective.* Hire & Develop a diverse team of software engineers.* Collaborate with your fellow team members to form a strong foundation for a software organization in Project Kuiper.* Help on-board and mentor new team members.**This role is located in Redmond, WA and candidate will be required to be onsite.
