  Sabre Systems, Inc. is hiring a Document Management Specialist (Senior) to provide administrative support services to the Department of the Interior (DOI), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Serving as a member of the Information Technology (IT) Directory Support team for the DOI, you will be a part of a team who ensures compliance within all IT Directory operations, Support Operations, and the IT Directory of one of the largest U.S. Government Departments. The DOI programs cover a broad spectrum of activities that are performed by ten (10) bureaus and multiple offices, each with a unique mission and set of responsibilities. The DOI OCIO, Enterprise Services Division, End User Services Branch, Enterprise Services Section, supports the mission by providing operational support of IT environments and its associated component services.The selected candidate will provide professional and timely support for the End User Services (EUS) Division, and its associated Change Advisory Boards (CAB). Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Continual review, maintenance, and daily focus on operational security risks and best practices.Provide expert services maintaining the administrative functions located under End User Services, to include scribing of minutes, preparation of agendas, creation and tracking of CAB Requests for Change, action item lists, and follow up on all included items.Maintain Division level Contact Lists for employees, contractors, and CAB membership.Scheduling of various Division and CAB meetings on a weekly basis.Scheduling and support of technical sub team meetings as may be required for each CAB.Maintenance of CAB related documentation such as Functional Specification documents, etc.Maintenance of Division and CAB related email distribution groups.Qualifications

  Requirements:Must have provided similar services described above within the last six (6) years.Must have the ability to implement and administer enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow organizations to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents.Must possess and have the ability to apply comprehensive technical knowledge and expertise across key tasks and multiple, high impact project assignments.Must have the ability to plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results, and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.Must have an active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawfully admitted for permanent residence or employment and has resided in the United States for a minimum of 3 years.Overview
