Description

　　My client is seeking a senior accountant with experience with grants and full cycle accounting. This is a hybrid role based in the Towson area.

　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Manage HUD financial accounting, including reconciliation, variance analysis, and regulatory compliance.

　　Assist in grant financial reports, documentation, and audit preparations.

　　Reconcile accounts, analyze AR reports, and support audit processes.

　　Contribute to special projects and system-related initiatives.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's in accounting; 5-10 years' experience in grants or general accounting, preferably in healthcare, with HUD program knowledge.

　　Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

　　Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

　　Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure.
