  Senior Manager, Reporting and Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Workforce Analytics (WFA) to join our global team. The ideal candidate for this position will be a workforce analytics professional who has thrived in a product environment and is looking to help us achieve our people strategy and business objectives through the delivery of purposeful people insight products.

  This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing meaningful people data insights products that help to address critical HR and business questions that inform our people strategy. We are looking for someone who is process & product-oriented yet not afraid to be creative, and wants to help shape the future of our workforce analytics capability.

  Reporting to the Director of Workforce Insights, this role will lead a small, diverse, and inclusive team with a remit for identifying people data and insight needs across HR and the business stakeholders, and translating these needs into meaningful insight products, in a way that truly delights our stakeholders and end-users.

  You will be responsible for driving the scoping, development, execution, and continual improvement of both our HR domain-specific insight products and our leadership / executive people insight products. In doing so, you will be responsible for ensuring successful collaboration with enabling teams (in HR and IT) that are key to the technical development and delivery of our products.

  Responsibilities

  Workforce Analytics Strategy & Operations

  Develop and execute the right WFA product vision and roadmap that delivers the necessary people insights to our HR COEs and to our business leaders, in line with our people strategy and business objectivesProvide analytics expertise and consulting to our HR and business stakeholders, translating their requirements into right set of people insight products and analytics to address their decision-making needsCollaborate closely with our key delivery partners (in HR and IT), seeking buy-in and commitment to deliver against our people insight product vision and roadmap, and ensuring we have a robust underpinning technical delivery plan to support the development of our productsOversee and manage our people insight product portfolio and delivery roadmap, including managing and prioritizing the capacity of WFA team members working on people-insight productsDrive regular interlocks between the WFA team and our HR & IT delivery partners to ensure continued alignment and successful delivery against planned commitments

  People Insight Products

  Ensure that our people insight products directly address the requirements and pain-points of our stakeholders, and in doing so, that we have the right mix of 1) HR-domain focused and leadership/executive facing insight products, and 2) descriptive, predictive and prescriptive products, to support our stakeholders in answering a range of different types of workforce questionsImplement relevant tactics, approaches and practices that make it easier for our stakeholders to get to the critical insights they need including the 'so-what?' recommendation or actionDrive execution of consistent practices across all people insight products, making sure we have a consistent go-to-market and service-delivery strategy for our products, that enhances the end-user experiencePartner closely with our Workforce Planning team to create integrated workforce analytics and planning products and insightsCultivate product-mindset, design-thinking and agile development practices in the development and maintenance of our people insight products, including implementing continual improvement opportunities to ensure our products remain relevant to the needs of our stakeholders

  Stakeholder & End-User Enablement

  Evolve our ability to monitor and assess the performance of our people insight product portfolio, including tracking adoption and data integrity, and determining relevant strategies and opportunities to act upon thisDesign and implement the necessary training, communication and engagement strategies to drive product awareness and continual adoption of our productsManage a feedback-loop strategy for our people insights products through which we can continually "listen" to our customer / end-user needs, and consequently implement improvementsEvolve our people insight portal, which aims to provide stakeholders with a centralized one-stop-shop for accessing and understanding relevant people insight products available to them, as well as how to seek support from our teamPartner closely with other teams to influence the use of consistent technologies, practices and standards as it relates to people data, and enabling adoption within the Workforce Analytics team

  Qualifications

  Knowledge and Experience

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferred. Master's degree preferred5+ years of experience in analytics or related quantitative field. Experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics or workforce planning highly preferredExperience of applying product-thinking and design-thinking concepts to building and evolving analytics and insight productsExperience engaging, collaborating and managing stakeholders across several teams, and in delivering change efforts to end-usersExperience with managing, mentoring and developing junior team members

  Skills and Attributes

  Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skillsHigh proficiency in leveraging a broad range of analytics tooling and techniques to support analytics efforts across the analytics lifecycleExpertise in data analysis, dashboard building, and statistics is essential. Knowledge of data science and programming helpfulStrong project and product management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCustomer-oriented and insight-ledExceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholdersStrong business acumen, including understanding of basic business and financial concepts

  The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:• San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $143,000 to $235,000 per year• California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $137,000 to $225,000 per year• Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $124,000 to $204,000 per yearOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
