Description:

　　The Senior Manager, Pricing will be responsible for oversight and have accountability for all analytical pricing activities related to timely, accurate and audit compliant submission of customer bids, requests for proposal and other pricing events related to Amneal's retail generics business. This role will manage one or more direct reports, providing guidance and mentoring to support Amneal's business objectives and culture, and will collaborate closely with account management, product management, finance and other commercial functions to achieve department performance goals. Responsibilities include ensuring that Amneal's pricing management system, Oracle CPQ, remains up to date with the necessary customer gross-to-net discount structures that align with customers' purchase agreements with Amneal. In addition, this is a hands-on position that will perform pricing analyses, review prepared analyses, make recommendations for pricing submissions, and will approve pricing under appropriate delegation and authority levels per pricing department policies and corporate policies.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Reviews and approves day-to-day pricing events under authority or delegation

　　Coordinates all activities related to RFP/Bid preparation, review, approval and submission

　　Collaborates with finance to facilitate issue resolution and support of accrual information needs

　　Prepares and maintains information and reports to support pricing department business needs

　　Manages team responsible upgrades or enhancements to Amneals pricing management system Oracle CPQ

　　Manages one to two direct reports

　　Education:

　　Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Business, Accounting, Finance - Required

　　Experience:

　　8 years or more in Generic pharmaceutical commercial experience with at least two years of generic products pricing

　　5 years or more in Managing projects, people, a function or a combination

　　1 year or more in Finance or accounting experience

　　Skills:

　　A strong understanding of generic pharmaceutical pricing - Advanced

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Excel - Advanced

　　Detail oriented and goal focused. - Advanced

　　Must be able to transition quickly and seamlessly from one project to another. - Advanced

　　Strong analytical skills and ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Advanced

　　Demonstrated success in ambiguous, complex and fast paced environment is required. - Advanced

　　Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Advanced

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills are required. Proven ability to present evaluations to Senior Management. - Advanced

　　Confident in working cross-functionally to achieve results. Strong interpersonal skills. - Advanced

　　Working knowledge of data integration and warehousing is preferred. - Beginner
