　　Opening for a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant or Staff Accountant, title Flexible

　　Location: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33309

　　Schedule: In office, pick any 8 hour workday around business hours i.e. start at 7,8,9 or 10am; will be issued a key

　　Salary: up to $60,000

　　Overview: Small office that handles Accounting for Umbrella of 62 LLCs. Reports to Assistant Controller. Casual office environment and very flexible on schedule and for doctors appt. or for personal/children etc.

　　Keys to this role:

　　Knowledge of Debits and Credits

　　Reconciliations

　　QuickBooks - a must

　　Job Specs:

　　A/P (small amount of invoices) and A/R

　　Maintain ledgers

　　1099’s

　　Accounting for many companies/LLCs under umbrella – each separately

　　Reconciliations, bank reconciliations etc. is KEY

　　Reviewing financial statements for discrepancies

　　QuickBooks
