　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversee Swiss payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.Act as the primary contact for US team members on payroll, taxes, and compliance matters.Manage the entire payroll system, ensuring legislative compliance and conducting audits.Support internal processes, including month-end support, annual leave reports, and quarter- and year-end closings.Liaise with pension funds, Swiss social security, insurance companies, and tax authorities.Lead a payroll team of 3, serving as the main contact for salary and tax issues.Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.Collaborate with HR and other departments on various initiatives and day-to-day tasks.Represent the Company in all payroll/HR-related interactions with service providers and local authorities.Collaborate with the global mobility team to capture benefit data for Swiss payroll.Process and upload payroll-related data within deadlines, ensuring completeness and accuracy.Ensure timely registration/de-registration for benefits and process resulting data in payroll.Serve as the main contact for the payroll services provider and approve monthly payroll and associated invoices.Draft, review, and update payroll policies for compliance with Group requirements.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees from a payroll perspective.

　　What your background should look like:

　　• 8-10 years of payroll leadership experience. Full understanding of end-to-end payroll process. Preferably in an international setting, with leadership experience.

　　• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.

　　• Fluent in English, strong proficiency in Germany highly preferred; other languages a plus.

　　• Proficient in accounting, finance, and software like MS Office, Oracle, and ADP; problem-solving and attention to detail essential.

　　• Seeking open-minded individuals who can manage details and remain calm under pressure.

　　• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.

　　• An understanding of equity and mobility is required to facilitate frequent audits/reviews

　　• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　• Proficient with different payroll software's

　　• Working experience of payroll tax at local levels.

　　• Full understanding of expat payrolls and processes.

　　• Experience with different payroll systems/software's

　　• Leading implementations and projects is a plus.
