　　We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to join the US Acquiring team as a part of the Global Payment Processing unit of Paysafe. The US Acquiring team owns the platform that includes merchant onboarding, customer portal, back office, and multiple customer APIs and backend services. This team is responsible for building the product suite capabilities used by over 100K customers as well as building and enhancing connections to backend payment processors, gateways, vendors, and APIs. This role is based in our Jacksonville, Florida office and offers a hybrid work environment where you will have a blend of 3 in office working days and remote working days during the work week.

　　Your responsibilities would include:

　　Developing the engineering team (both software engineers and test engineers) by honing technical skills and advancing their careerLeading and owning outcomes based on commitmentsEmpowering the engineering team to deliver consistently with high qualityPartnering with stakeholders, product leaders, and other engineering teamsGuiding the team forward in engineering disciplines and practices Advocating and advancing modern, agile development practices

　　You have:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field of study9+ years of related software development experience6+ years of leadership experience leading direct reports with agile development practicesA track record for leading high performing engineering teamsA deep desire to see people thrive in a culture of trust, accountability, and excellenceTechnical experience building systems using the Microsoft technology platform as well as web application frameworksThe technical acumen to help engineers solve problems and design solutionsExperience helping engineers grow individually and as a team by leading by example, aligning focus, and executing on commitmentsStrong and effective communication skills

　　Experience in building cloud-native solutions in Azure/AWSKnowledge of event driven, distributed, and microservices architectures Previous experience in the payment processing industry
