  To help us fuel accelerated growth, Paysafe is currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Income Access division. As a provider of award-winning affiliate tracking and reporting software, Income Access, a subsidiary of Paysafe, has been a leader in the iGaming industry for over 20 years. We develop impactful digital marketing solutions by bringing together experts in affiliate marketing, social media marketing, web development, graphic design and copywriting.   Our preference is for the job holder to be based in London so that they can follow our preferred hybrid working model of working remotely while also being able to work an average of three days per week from our office in central London.

  In the role of Senior Business Development Manager, you will support business development activities by:

  Identify, develop and execute new sales opportunities in target verticals, and the global marketDrive new customer/partner leads by leveraging one's own network and/or creating oneDevelop and maintain sales lead pipeline through proactive outreach Keep sales leads and opportunity progress updated on a daily and weekly basis for upper management. Achieve revenue targets to contribute to the achievement of the Company's sales objectives.Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure new leads are properly configured, and contracts are executedAttend industry events and networking conferences, as neededDemonstrate thought leadership and quickly find solutions to customer challengesMonitor iGaming trends and developments and share information with management and with the relevant internal teamsRegularly engage with the Product owners to ensure that our products are optimized for the target markets and verticals

  Create and maintain an environment where collaboration between teams is encouraged, where you are seen as visible and accessible to the entire organization.Develop and execute clear objectives that align with the Income Access strategyAble to balance the needs of the organization with the needs of the customer/partnerMonitor changes in the market, regulation and business environment, and adjust plans, decisions and activities accordingly - understand potential impacts and opportunities for the organization's strategy.Use data to improve the quality of strategic decision-making.

  What we are looking for

  Proven experience in a business sales role (3 years+), preferably in the online igaming industry , e-commerce industriesHunter Mentality to close sales opportunities Experience working with budgets and sales targetsProven ability to drive the sales process from start to finishPractical mentality, international mentalityKnowledge and experience with digital assets is an advantageKnowledge of affiliate marketing is considered an assetExperience of the regulatory environment in the iGaming industryA strong network, preferably C-Level, and knowledge within the industry, ideally focus on iGaming, or Forex markets.Excellent verbal and written communication in English with strong editing and verification skillsExcellent listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Great networking and presentation skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsStrong work ethicUniversity or college degree in business administration or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive and fun environmentHigh level of Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointWorking knowledge of one or more of the following languages is considered an asset: Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, French
