Description
A highly respected client has an open role for a Senior Manager of Administration. The Senior Manager of Administration will design and implement the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs. In this role, the administrator will continually research new benefits programs, make improvements to existing programs, and supervise and monitor benefits administration. Key responsibilities
Monitor transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration
Evaluate and negotiate with all our service providers
Craft benefit appropriate programs such as insurance, wellness etc.
Coach employees on their benefit options
Partner regularly with accounting department
Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker's compensation etc.)
Lead enrollments and determine employee eligibility
Architect administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
Monitor daily benefits processing
Investigate alternative employee benefits plans and vendors
Assist organization to comply with applicable government regulations
-Onboarding new employees
-Notarizing documents
reviewing contracts and working with outside legal counsel -calendar management, travel arrangements and administrative functions

Requirements - Hands-on experience with data analysis
Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or similar relevant field
3+ years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
Excellent communication and organization skills
Deep knowledge of benefits contract language
