　　St. John's is looking for candidates for our Full Time RN Supervisor opportunity for Overnight Shift (11:00 pm-7:30 am) + every other weekend.

　　Pay: $39.00 - $43.00 per hour, dependent on post-license experience level. Generous extra pay for overnight and weekend shifts.

　　The RN Supervisor has the responsibility of translating the objectives, policies, and procedures of St. John's Home & the Nursing Department into effective actions. Must maintain the highest standards of nursing care and practice of the assigned shifts. The Nurse Supervisor maintains the highest degree of quality care.

　　What will make me successful on the job?

　　Current NYS RN license.

　　Current NYS CPR certification.

　　Must be available to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

　　Must be available to attend and complete 3-day orientation on Mon-Tues-Wed from 8am-4pm.

　　Minimum of one (1) year of post-RN supervisory experience required.

　　Previous experience in long term care highly desirable.

　　Must possess leadership skills and willingness to work harmoniously with others.

　　Proficient organizational and communication skills.

　　Ability to interact with elders and care for their needs.

　　Compliance with NYS Department of Health immunization requirements.

　　Physical Requirements

　　 Stands, sits, and walks most of the day. Frequent moving and ability to lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform activities as defined in skills check list.
