　　WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?

　　Driving execution of initiatives as per plan in following areas:

　　On-boarding, induction, assimilation, offboardingCareer development, hipot programs, performance managementEmployee satisfaction, employee engagement, retentionCompensation and benefits, rewards and recognitionHR administration, payroll, visa agendaHR data and analyticsHR systems & employee dataCorporate social responsibilityDiversity, equity and inclusionGlobal mobilityIdentifying opportunities for improvements, automation, offshoring, outsourcing within assigned portfolio of processes and driving the changes to achieve higher efficiency while maintaining great customer experience. Ensuring internal and external compliance in assigned area.

　　Collaborating closely with business stakeholders for talent related matters, providing guidance and support.

　　Collaborating with corporate HR function for HR practices and policies.

　　Supporting Brno DC HR manager in HC planning, budgeting, leadership reviews, management information, HR sub-function alignment. Acting as back up for Brno DC HR Unit manager.

　　Leading people in assigned teams, motivating them and enabling them long term career with Infosys. Ensuring knowledge retention and sharing within assigned portfolio of activities and processes.

　　Participating on local as well as global projects, new initiatives, implementations.
