As a full-time Level 2 IT Support Technician at CMIT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical support to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional who can work independently, communicate effectively, and contribute to the success of our clients' IT infrastructure.

　　Technical Support:Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for our clients' IT systems and networks.Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systemNetwork Setups:Design, implement, and manage network solutions for clients, ensuring optimal performance and security.Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.Office 365:Administer and support Office 365 environments, including email configurations, user management, and troubleshooting.Implement and manage Office 365 security measures.Server Work:Perform server configurations, and maintenance.Monitor server performance and address issues to ensure reliability and availability.Communication:Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather information, understand requirements, and communicate technical solutions clearly and concisely.Document all activities, solutions, and configurations for future reference.Independence and Initiative:Work independently to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.Take proactive measures to identify potential problems and implement preventive solutions.Customer Service:Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong technical knowledge in network setups and server management.Proficient in configuring firewalls, switches and servers in addition to assisting with other Windows environment issues. Mac experience preferred but not requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
