Description Robert Half is seeking an ambitious, experienced Accounting Manager for an immediate opening at a dynamic, progressive company. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. An integral part of this position is establishing and scaling company accounting and finance operations. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Possessing a thorough knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　Team up with FP& A and accounting management to develop relevant, timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

　　Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

　　Lead and encourage the full accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure deadlines are met

　　Review and analyze balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant

　　Assemble a variety of technical accounting policies, procedures, and analyses

　　Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes Requirements - Full Cycle Accounting experience preferred

　　Proven knowledge of project accounting

　　Well-founded grasp of Standard Cost Accounting

　　Deep understanding of cost accounting

　　Practical knowledge of Leadership Skills

　　Knowledge of Accounting management

　　General familiarity with Leadership Skills

　　Manufacturing Cost Accounting experience highly desired

　　Accounting Control experience desired

　　7+ years of recent relevant financial experience

　　CPA or MBA preferred

　　Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

　　Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities

　　Strong problem-solving skills

　　Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
