Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst - Supply Chain in Saint Louis, MO.Overview:This role will Interface with Procurement, Legal, Corporate Shared Services, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Sales, and Product Management, as well as other internal support organizations to address questions pertaining to the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud. As a subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion modules, you will support Demand to Deliver and Procure to Pay workflows, on an ongoing basis, and advise business stakeholders on the effective use of Oracle Fusion Cloud features and functionality. Additionally, this role may serve as an initial point of contact for stakeholders needing support for straightforward administrative functions (e.g., updating approval routings, adding/changing supplier representative's contact information, updating suppliers' Oracle Fusion Cloud Business Classification data).Key Tasks:

　　Provide excellent, timely client service in the resolution of requests, either directly or in consultation with Financial Technology team, to ensure efficient day-to-day operational procurement

　　Facilitate development of business rules and coordinate validation of inventory planning policies and operating constraints

　　Educate others about process strategy and approach for how processes will be developed and maintained and provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance

　　7 years of business analysis experience working on complex problems and producing concrete, actionable solutions

　　Hands-on implementation/upgrade engagement experience and support background in one or more of Oracle cloud ERP modules like Fusion SCM and Manufacturing

　　You will have in-depth knowledge of Planning, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing functions

　　Desired Qualifications:

　　Business systems analyst experience in cloud applications

　　JIRA Kanban Board experience for the planning and tracking of work within scrum or Kanban Agile methodology

　　Experienced in Business intelligence, data visualization and analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and business process improvement

　　Good knowledge of Agile practices; Agile/DevOps environment working experience

　　Knowledge of data analytical tools such as Power BI or other BI tools

　　Proficiency in application design techniques, configuration, and documentation of cloud-based applications

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

　　Detail oriented, quick learners who can demonstrate thoroughness and strong ownership of work

　　Comfortable working independently as well as in a virtual team environment

　　Ability to review a technical design document to ensure developers are aligned with functional requirements

　　Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
