Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Senior Inside Sales Support Representative. This is a remote-based position and candidates must reside within the United States to be considered for this role.

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for providing the necessary Inside Sales support functions (customer management, project quoting, sales analysis, reporting and sales rep agency training) and other duties as assigned for the Inside Sales region assigned. This role is national and will be working with the Bussmann sales team members and customers across multiple markets in our retail and electronics channels. This role reports to the Sales Director and will be assigned specific accounts and/or territories and activities to provide sales support for the sale of all Bussmann products. The Inside Sales Support Representative must respond to inquiries from customers and our field sales team (both direct sales team members and sales rep agencies).

In this function you will:
Coordinate pricing quotes with the field sales team, pricing department and product managers
Manage contract renewal process for assigned territory/region
Generate large project sample requests
Generate of target lists and sales leads to field sales team members
Create and distribute various reports from SAP, Business Warehouse or internal online tools
Work with win/loss tracking reports, Special Price Agreement (SPA) volume reports & online quoting reports
Work on sales project management as assigned
Manage large, strategic account pricing projects/negotiations
Train new field sales team members (direct and agencies) on sales operations processes
Training remote team members

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or minimum (7) years of related sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
Minimum three (3) years of related sales experience
No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate geographical area will be considered for this position.
Possess and maintain a valid & unrestricted driver’s license
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution
Experience managing sales related projects
Experience working with retail and/or electronics customers
Experience with sales target/lead generation
Experience with functional oversight/leadership of remote team members
Experience with providing presentations and training to both internal and external teams
Skills:
Position Criteria:
Possess excellent communication skills
Ability to analyze sales data and provide recommendations to regional sales directors and district sales engineers
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to formalize project quotations from limited request information and to recognize and clarify missing or inaccurate information
Ability to analyze and delegate tactical responsibilities to remote support team members
Ability to travel up to 25%
The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and sales incentive. This position has a total compensation range of $86,680 - $127,050.
