　　Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Program Managersupporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) Defensive Cyber Operations(DCO) programs in the United States Space Force. This position willsupport the program office as it requires advanced persistent cyber defensesagainst nation state threats to operations. Given the stove-piped nature ofthe space enterprise, the Cyber Operations approach shall be multipronged.The long-term strategy involves a common ground architecture providingcentralized management and control of satellite operations through EnterpriseGround Services (EGS), resulting in a truly integrated space enterprise.Collaboration and cooperation across space acquisition, space and cyberspaceoperations, and commanders at all levels is required to apply a risk-basedapproach (both mission and system risk) to establish enterprise-widesituational awareness in the cyberspace domain.This is a full-time opportunity located in Colorado Springs, CO

　　Duties include, but not limited to:Provide management, direction, administration, QA, and leadership ofthe execution of this effortHave the authority to make decisions for the contractor's organization inresponse to the Government's issues, concerns, and comments, as wellas be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual andprogrammatic and resource limitations and issuesWork directly with government customers to set clear expectations,understand the needs and priorities to define and deliver solutions to enablemission outcomesLead the combined team(s) in effective decision-making across a range ofcomplex issues, including scope, design, and architecture, to ensureprojects are delivered on time and within budgetAdvise leadership on status or action required in connection with existing andpotential business development opportunitiesMonitor and ensure all deliverables across the program are being met-toinclude MSRs, burn rates, sub contracts, and applicable software deliverablesDeliver space enterprise protection and threat detection, identification,protection, and response capabilitiesContinuously integrate and develop cyber operations product lines toaccommodate current and future mission systemsProvide operationally relevant cyberspace capabilities with current productlines through iterative development to meet mission needsSupport legacy mission systems innovation and modernization during transitionto other enterprise-level ground systemsIncorporate advanced and persistent threat analysis and abatement from anenterprise level and deploy to mission system hardware and future spacevehicle integration capabilities
