Our Shared Service Centre in Budapest is providing finance support to the affiliates globally and is known by its diverse workforce of 250 employees, with colleagues from more than 40 different countries, creating a real multinational atmosphere. In this role, you will help ensure business continuity from recruitment point of view. Keeping close contact with the hiring managers for assigned portfolio, understanding job requirements and developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract and hire best in class talent for current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving the Talent Acquisition process for assigned portfolio, carrying out full life cycle recruiting including job postings, pre-screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating interviews.
Sourcing candidates, identifying active and passive candidates for open positions, promoting employee referral, or branding programs to increase talent pool.
Effectively use of social media tools to source talent, solid LinkedIn user for talent mapping and local job board for talent mapping identification.
Act as advisor to the HR team, providing guidance and training on TA best practices from global Hiring guidelines (Talent Acquisition process and best practices, interviewing techniques and tools).
Championing, educating, and driving through candidate care experience throughout the process with active and passive candidates.
Represent the New IFF to the highest standard - helping to strengthen the employer brand in the region - Connectivity with Key industry affiliations and universities to source pipeline talent.
Develop strong Talent Market knowledge for assigned geography.
Support continuous improvement, thinking outside the box and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market, and technology for successful sourcing solutions.
Manage Global Applicant tracking system administration to ensure data integrity.
Participate in CoE projects and initiatives as required.
This is a Hungary (Budapest site) based position. Hybrid work model (office & remote). It reports into the Regional TA Manager, EAME.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources / related field or equivalent relevant work experience
3-5 years’ proven track record international search or hiring experience across Europe
Experience gained from either in-house or RPO environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches.
Familiar with ATS, database management, direct sourcing and leveraging professional social media hiring tools (LinkedIn or local job boards).
Demonstrable proficiency in:
Hiring experience in GSC environment in finance, HR, procurement, operations
Technical recruitment experience in related industry - Chemical, Ingredients, Animal Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Biosciences, Food, Life sciences, is a plus.
Ability to successfully manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines within a changing, fast-paced environment.
Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies internationally, with a broad regional market knowledge.
A data-driven mentality and a passion for continuously improving hiring processes based on the data available.
Must possess a high degree of initiative, attention to detail and resourcing capability, able to work independently and within matrix team environment.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Persistent with a strong drive for results.
Planful and attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft suite skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, other languages fluency is an advantage.
