The Opportunity
As a Senior Information Architect, you will be responsible for theorganization of content, content metadata, and the assessment of contentquality for the Adobe Experience League platform. Experience League is theplace enterprise customers come to learn about their Adobe solutions anddiscover how to be successful with them. By bringing together free training,documentation, communities, support, and account-specific guidance,Experience League makes it possible, at scale, for Adobe customers tobecome true Adobe advocates. Highly tailored content meets customers wherethey are, whether in-product, on their personalized homepage, or intheir inboxResponsibilities:
Define, evolve, and maintain the information architecture for theExperience League website, including taxonomies, ontologies, andmetadata schemes for organizing and labeling of site content.
Craft site structure and navigation models in collaboration with partners.
Lead the automation of tagging content according to sitemaps, journeymaps, use cases, and personas.
Refine, evolve, and advise on the implementation of a comprehensivecontent model for the site experience.
Use customer interviews, site telemetry, and A/B testing tounderstand, define, and evaluate success.
Work and collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX and UI designers,Analysts, and content teams as part of the creative process.
Maintain a governance process for regularly deciding and communicatingmetadata guidelines in partnership with Content and Product teams.Qualifications
Familiarity with the principles of information architecture, ontologydesign, and their practical applications.
Experience defining and maintaining information architecture and contentstrategy for large content sets.
Experience and demonstrated skill in partner interaction and influence.
Strong project management, organization, and planning skills withattention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographicmarkets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. payrange for this positionis $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Paywithinthis range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-relatedknowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total targetcompensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentivesare in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salariesare expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of theAnnual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in theform of a new hire equity award.
