Aboutthe role: CLA is seeking to hire a Senior HR Reporting and Data Analystin our Milwaukee or Madison location. If you are enthusiastic, a teamplayer and detail oriented, apply today! This role will be responsiblefor developing reports, analyzing HCM data, and providing insights intothe employee experience and employee trends to support businessdecisions. This role will also be responsible for creating andmaintaining Workday reports to support People Solutions and businessneeds. As a Senior HR Reporting and Data Analyst, you will beresponsible for: Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends andprovide insights to support business decisions. Develop and maintainworkforce metrics and dashboards. Create dashboards and visualizationsto help stakeholders understand data. Collaborate with People Solutionsand other departments to identify workforce issues and trends. UtilizeWorkday to develop, modify, and maintain dashboards to support theanalysis. Workday Reporting: Identify reporting needs and requirements,create and maintain reports to meet needs. Develop and maintain Workdayreports using report writing tools such as Workday Report Writer,Discovery Boards, Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Studio and BIRT.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting. Other HRIS Functions:Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve report issues. Effectively communicate andcollaborate with all levels across the firm. Stay up to date on Workdayreporting best practices and new features. Manage multiple prioritiesand meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What you will need: 3+years of workforce analysis and reporting experience required Workdayexperience strongly preferred Bachelor\'s degree in HR, IT, or BusinessAdministration required (combination of education, training, andexperience may be considered a degree equivalent) Our Perks: FlexiblePTO (designed to offer flexible time away for you!)
