Responsibilities:

Handle in-house accounting, embracing both the challenges and opportunities it presents.

Collaborate with the investment team on portfolio valuations.

Record and track investments, perform quarterly close, and prepare financial statements for both the fund and management company.

Support the preparation of audited reports, manage cash flows, assist with capital calls and distributions, and interact with fund investors and external auditors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is an advantage.

4+ years of experience in public/private accounting or fund administration, with an emphasis on investment partnerships.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general accounting software; experience with Efront and Investment Café is beneficial.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accountability and ownership.

Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and upholding high ethical standards and integrity in both personal and team settings.
